Inspection Services and Back Flow Devices: All Security and Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Extinguishers must be inspected on a regular basis to insure they will work when they are needed. Most jurisdictions require back flow devices be installed to separate potable water from a Fire Sprinkler System, Ice Machine, Coffee Maker, etc. We schedule these inspections in advance and insure our clients have one stop shopping for your life safety issues. Our UL Central Station Monitoring Services are available through out the entire United States. Our sales, installation and service technicians are available in all of Western Washington, most of eastern Washington, Western Oregon and Northern Idaho. Through our Uploading Services we can, at no charge, "talk" to your alarm equipment to turn on or modify the operation and monitoring areas of its program. Uploading Services allow us to setup the monitor of your system and/or the necessary programming changes in your system without a sight visit making the connection to our central station quick and easy. We are available from 8:00am to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding normal Holidays) to receive your service requests. After hours service calls are also available. Typically, we respond at your sight, if required, within 24 business hours of your request. Every effort will be made to perform service requests the same day if called in before 11:30am. Calls made after 11:30am may be performed the following day. All UL Fire and/or Sprinkler Monitoring accounts will have a response within 4 hours as required by the National Fire Protection Code. There are several cardinal rules a consumer should use when having a company install a system. Rule number one is how long has the company been in business. If the company has been in business less than 5 years, chances are they won't be there 5 years from now. For more "Tips" click here.

We recommend all accessible perimeter doors and windows that open be connected to the alarm system. In that fashion, if any of those doors or windows were to be opened when the alarm system is turned on, an alarm condition will occur. This triggers the local siren(s) and notifies the central monitoring station. To back this "perimeter system" up, we recommend the installation of an "interior trap" such as an Infrared Motion Detector, Beam System, interior doors, etc. All systems should consist of these minimums so a person can be in the premise with the motion detectors turned off, knowing that the perimeter is secure.
